What are the Requirements?
General Requirements
Age: Between 21-39 (up to 42 in some cases)
Pregnancy & Health History
* have had at least one healthy, full-term pregnancy & delivery.
* No major complications in most recent pregnancy
*No more than 2 c-sections
*no more than 5 previous live births
Lifestyle & emotional criteria
*No illegal drug use, smoking or tobacco use
*No history of serious mental illness (mild situational anxiety or depression may be acceptable)
*Financial Stability (not reliant on government assistance, except state insurance for kids in some cases)
*No felony criminal history (also applies to spouse/other adults in household)
Medical Requirements
*currently not taking any medications contraindicated for pregnancy.
*No history of seizures, cancer or liver disease
*physically healthy and capable of carrying a pregnancy safely.
Personal Traits
*committed, reliable & empathetic
*willing & able to undergo medical & psychological screenings
How About the Compensation?
Compensation is broken down into three different parts:
1. Base Compensation
This is your fixed, guaranteed core payment, typically ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 for first-timers, with experienced ones making even more. This serves as a meaningful "thank you" for your time and dedication to another family. Paid in equal monthly installments once a heartbeat is confirmed, this amount is yours to use however you wish and does not include separate allowances, bonuses, or expense reimbursements.
2. Allowances
Allowances provide steady, non-accountable financial support for journey-related needs beyond your base pay. Our package includes a $400 monthly miscellaneous stipend for vitamins and travel, a $1,000 clothing allowance, and a $400 monthly housekeeping allowance starting at 22 weeks. Uniquely, we also provide a $3,500 Wellness & Relaxation reimbursement for services like prenatal massage and doula care.
3. bonuses
Bonuses are significant milestone payments that reward your commitment at every major step of the process. Surrogacy Is offers industry-leading bonuses, including $5,000 upon legal clearance, $1,000 for starting IVF medications, and a $2,500 allowance for each embryo transfer. These payments are designed to provide financial boosts throughout your journey before you even reach the second trimester.
